How do I place an order?
Choose the product and available option, review your cart, and follow the checkout steps. An order is confirmed after acceptance.
How can I pay?
The payment methods actually available are shown at checkout before you submit an order. Product prices appear in USD.
When will my order be processed and delivered?
Processing takes 1–2 business days, with a 5:00 PM Eastern Time cutoff. Standard transit takes an estimated 4–6 business days after dispatch; the overall estimate is 5–8 business days. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded from processing.
Is there a shipping charge or minimum?
No. Standard shipping in United States is free on every order, with no minimum.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. We provide a tracking number after the order ships.
Can I cancel an order?
Contact us before dispatch to cancel. After shipping, follow the return process.
How do returns and exchanges work?
Request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. We provide a prepaid label and pay return shipping for ordinary returns and quality issues. There is no restocking fee.
When will I receive a refund?
After we receive and inspect the return, an approved refund goes to the original payment method. It usually appears 5–10 business days after issuance.
